Many students are still facing hurdles in their education due to financial crisis and price rise of education materials, books, notebooks etc. In order to encourage the brilliant students from economic background families and belong to Bishnupriya Manipuri, MEINGAL had decided to extend support to bear the monthly expenditure incurred in their education with a monthly lumsump amount as Monthly Educational Allowance as it's 2nd Project for the year 2011.
The NGO invites Bishnupriya Manipuri students, residents of Guwahati region only, who are reading in Class-XI and Class-XII in the academic session-2011-12 & passed Class-X & XI exams with 60% and above, to apply for the “Monthly Educational Allowance-2011”. The annual income of the parents should be less than or equal to Rupees One lakh only and work in non-government organization/private firm, self employed, unemployed, Casual labours etc. Parents working in Government organizations are excluded from this scheme. The monthly educational allowance will be given @ ` 500/- for 12 months per student. Total 06 students with excellent merit among the applicants & lowest annual income of their parents will be selected to award this educational allowance (i.e. 03 each for Class-XI and Class-XII).
Students are requested to apply in the application format given below and send the same by post to the Postal Address or personally submit to the contact persons given below with contact numbers latest by 20th, July, 2011.

মিঙালর তরফেত্ত গুৱাহাটির বিষ্ণুপ্রিয়া মণিপুরী ছাত্র/ছাত্রী হাব্বিরে জানানি অর যে, যে-যে ছাত্র–ছাত্রী বেইবুনীয়ে ২০১১-১২ শিক্ষাবর্ষত একাদশ বার দ্বাদশ শ্রেনীত পাকরতারা তথা দশম (ম্যাট্রিক) বার একাদশ শ্রেনীত যেতাই ৬০% অর গজে পাছি উতারে আমি আমার মিঙালর তরফেত্ত “Monthly Educational Allowance-2011” পরিকল্পনাত আবেদন করানিরকা হেইচা জানেয়ার। যে ছাত্র-ছাত্রীর মালক বা বাপকর বছরকি আই রুপা ১,০০,০০০/- বা উতাত্ত কম তথা সরকারি চাকুরি নাকরতারা উতাইহে আবেদন করানি পারতাই । আমার বৃত্তির পরিমান অইলতাই মাসিক রুপা ৫০০/- হিসাবে ১২ মা-রকা । মুঠ ৬ গো ছাত্র-ছাত্রী বেইবুনি যেতাই হাব্বির গজে নম্বর পাছি লগে ঘরর আয় হাব্বিত্ত কম উতাত্ত ৩ গো একাদশ শ্রেনী বার ৩ গো দ্বাদশ শ্রেণীর বৃত্তিরকা বাছানি অইতই । আমি এসাদে করিয়া সমাজর লেইরাপা ছউরে সাহায্য করানির পথে আগুয়েয়া জানিত ছউর মালক-বাপক গিরিগিথানী হাব্বির আশীর্বাদ বিছারেয়ার ।

MEINGAL is pleased to announce the Meingal Scholarship-2011 (Project- I of 2011). Students belong to Bishnupriya Manipuri are hereby informed that students who have passed HSLC Board Exam-2011 with 60% and above are invited to apply for one time Achievement “Meingal Scholarship-2011”**. The Scholarship amount will be ` 5000.00 only which will be awarded to one student only from each district of Assam(Kamrup, Cachar, Karimganj & Hailkandi districts only) and one from Meghalaya State. Mittal spoke with India Knowledge@Wharton at the U.S.-India Business Council's 33rd annual meeting in Washington, D.C., about the leadership and entrepreneurial lessons he has learned during his career. Farms n Farmers (FnF) has been started in 2010 by alumni of IIT Kharagpur and IIT Delhi having vast experience of Rural Development and Agriculture as well as Supply chain, Retail and FMCG. With the aim of providing end to end solutions (right from field to market) to farmers, the FnF team comprises of highly qualified and experienced personnel in the field of Soil Technology, Horticulture, Self-sustainable & Need-based farming and Organic Farming. Our goal is to revive the current agriculture sector in the northern states of India where farming may benefit from latest technologies and research & development. FnF targets to improve land profitability and hence increase revenue generation for Land owners, farmers and farm labourers. Other focus areas include maintenance and augmentation of fertility, and improvement of farms' condition, so that long term profitability can be achieved in all aspects.
