Person:
Support Sales/Agents of ISC for the day-to-day operative business through knowledge and use of the internal and external network and, to make adjustments on behalf of region regarding volume allocation according to the customer's strategic fit and monitor Business performance in order to achieve BU targets.Reporting to the Firm & Moulding unit, this person will be responsible for: 
  • Support Sales/Agents on the day-to-day sales operations and provide inputs/instructions to the sales team on daily operational activities.
  • Monitor business performance in order to achieve BU targets.
  • Monitor Sales performance against operative plans and provide timely inputs to the Sales Team.
  • Assist the Sales Managers on enquiries /sales orders from customers.
  • Consolidate data from various sources and prepare monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service on issues relating to orders and track progress of orders on behalf of Sales Managers.
  • Coordinate with Business Coordinator on product allocation and provide volume re-allocation instructions to sales managers and agents.
  • Monitor and follow-up with customers on outstanding issues and provide feedback to Sales Managers.
  • Utilize SAP for new customer registration through standard procedure,
  • Prepare monthly sales forecast, registration and conclusion of customer Complaints.
  • Work with the relevant departments and support the needs of the business, region and sales team.
  • Provide business support to enhance business relationship with targeted customers and product segments, through active coordination and timely input of data to the Sales Managers/Agents & Distributors.
  • Support sales & marketing activities such as customer seminars and exhibitions.
  • Perform ad-hoc sales administration activities.
Qualifications: As a successful candidate you will have:  
  • Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • 2-5 years' experience in sales, planning, business analysis, customer service, order handling in a commercial environment.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and preferably with SAP knowledge.
  • Excellent in written/spoken English and Hindi.
  • Able to work in teams, excellent people and presentation skill.
  • Excellent in data analysis and ability to plan well.
