Recruitment of JUNIOR ENGINEERS ( CIVIL &MECHANICAL) and JUNIOR ENGINEERS(ELECTRICAL)

Staff Selection Commission will hold All India Selection for recruitment to the posts of JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL & MECHANICAL) in Central Water Commission and JUNIOR ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) in Department of Posts.  

Details are as follows:

1. 
   No of vacancies : 160 (CWC- 162 (Civil -99 , Mechanical -43) , Department of Posts -18)
2. 
   Salary Pay Scale : Pay Band of Rs.9300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs.4200
3. 
   Age Limit : For JE (Civil / Mechanical) in CWC : Upto 32 years as on 31.01.2011.
4. 
   

Qualification : 
For JE (Civil / Mechanical) in CWC : Degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute. 


For JE (Electrical ) : Three years diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from an Institution recognized by the Central Government or State Government .

Last Date for receipt of application : 31.01.2011 (upto 5 P.M.) and 07.02.2011 (for candidates from far areas
